Look NX 12 GW - Black
The NX 12 GripWalk® binding is a lightweight, user-friendly, all-mountain binding for recreational skiers. Its secure toe piece and NX heel work together to deliver strong power transmission and fluid shock absorption with an easy step-in design. The Full Action toe design allows upward release independent of the heel for maximum safety. Compatible with adult ISO 5355 A and GripWalk® ISO 23223 A boot soles.
Features:
- DIN Release: 3.5 - 12
- Weight: 1015g (1/2 Pair)
- NX: A lightweight, easy step-in design, the NX heel offers maximum ease-of-use balanced with confident retention and downhill performance.
- Easy Step-In/Step Out: Intuitive design with wide step-in zone offers easy entry-and-exit.
- Full Action Toe Piece: Featuring 45mm of elastic travel and 180° multi-directional release, the Full Action toe piece delivers best-in-class retention and release and increased coupling strength (boot-to-binding interface) for maximum power transmission.
- Multi Directional Release: LOOK is the only binding brand to develop a true mechanical upward release that functions independently from the heel for the most effective 180° Multi Directional Release in the instance of a fall.
- Light Weight: LOOK utilises composite materials and optimised designs to produce lightweight bindings with the highest levels of retention and release to make skiing and carrying your skis easier, with no compromise in performance or protection.
- Gripwalk compatible bindings ensure perfect compatibility with two boot sole standards: - Traditional Alpine soles (ISO 5355) - GRIPWALK soles (future ISO 23223 standard)
- Long Elastic Travel: Longer elastic travel ensures more reliable retention to keep you in when you need. LOOK bindings offer the most elastic travel (lateral and vertical) and the fastest re-centering prior to release, ensuring superior shock absorption to reduce unwanted pre-release.
- Rolling Control: LOOK binding components are designed to deliver industry-leading roll coupling strength (boot-to-binding interface). This ensures minimal roll before the boot engages the binding for the most efficient power transmission in skiing.
