Has your child outgrown their ski or snowboard equipment? When it’s time to size up, bring their equipment back to Snowcentre, and we’ll give you a credit towards their next set.

How the Trade-In Works

We complete the trade-in and new purchase at the same time, applying the credit directly to your new, full-priced equipment.

Trade-ins are like-for-like:

• Skis and bindings: $150 credit towards new skis & bindings
• Ski boots: $100 credit towards new ski boots
• Snowboard and bindings: $150 credit towards a new snowboard & bindings
• Snowboard boots: $100 credit towards new snowboard boots

Skis and snowboards must be traded in with their bindings to qualify for the applicable credit.

Trade-in values are fixed and non-negotiable.

What equipment is covered by the Junior Trade-In Trade-Up Program?

The program applies to junior-specific skis and bindings, ski boots, snowboards and bindings, and snowboard boots.

The equipment can then be traded back to us in any condition.

Does the equipment have to have been purchased from Snowcentre?

Not at all. We are happy to accept trade-in equipment regardless of where it was originally purchased.

Do I need proof of purchase?

No proof of purchase is required.

How long do I have to trade in the equipment?

There is no time limit. Simply bring your equipment back to us when your child has outgrown it, and you are ready to size up.

Can I trade in more than one item?

Absolutely. You can trade in equipment from different categories, provided each trade-in is used towards the corresponding like-for-like replacement.

For example, you can trade in skis towards new skis and ski boots towards new ski boots as part of the same purchase.

When is the trade-in credit applied?

The trade-in and replacement purchase are completed at the same time, with the credit applied to the new equipment. Trade-in credit isn’t available separately or toward a future purchase.

Can I use the trade-in credit on sale items?

The trade-in credit is available only on equipment sold at normal RRP and can’t be combined with sale pricing, price matching, surplus pricing, discounts, or other offers.

Can I receive cash or a refund for my trade-in?

The trade-in value is provided as a credit towards replacement equipment and isn’t available as cash or a refund.

Are the trade-in values negotiable?

Trade-in values are fixed and apply equally to all eligible equipment.

Is the Junior Trade-In Trade-Up Program available on adult equipment?

The program is exclusively for junior/kids/children’s ski and snowboard equipment. Adults’ equipment isn't eligible for the trade-in scheme.
